Antonis Tzekakis

Antonis Tzekakis is a business-oriented lawyer specializing in corporate and commercial law. He holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Before joining Pilios & Partners, Antonis ran his own law practice for several years and also worked at a leading Greek law firm, where he was involved in corporate, litigation, and restructuring cases, as well as in cross-border M&A transactions.

He has extensive experience advising both local and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, food and beverages, insurance, manufacturing, tourism, logistics, pharmaceuticals, aviation, and consumer goods. He is highly experienced in drafting, negotiating, and executing all types of commercial B2B agreements, such as agency, distribution, franchise, hotel, manufacturing, joint ventures, shareholders’ and share purchase agreements, as well as other corporate governance documents.

In addition to his advisory work, Antonis regularly represents clients before the civil, administrative, and criminal courts of Greece in commercial and civil disputes. His practice includes contract and partnership disputes, franchise, agency and distribution agreement disputes, product liability, torts, and debt collection.

Antonis is admitted to the Athens Bar Association and is appointed before the Court of Appeals. He speaks Greek, English, and German.
