COVID-19 – Greek Courts: Extension of the suspension of routine proceedings through April 10, 2020

With a joint ministerial decree of the Ministry of Health and Justice dated March 27, 2020, it was decided to extend the suspension of the routine proceedings of the Greek Courts through April 10, 2020.

The following proceedings are still excluded from the suspension decision:

  • The publication of judgements
  • Interim legal proceedings
  • Urgent criminal proceedings
